Ajinomoto USA, Inc. will change its name to Ajinomoto North America, Inc. to more accurately reflect its area of operations and responsibilities.

Ajinomoto AminoScience LLC will change its name to Ajinomoto North America, Inc., Amino Acid Technologies. This change will be effective November 1, 2011.
