Ajinomoto introduces AminoStable, a superior L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine
Ajinomoto is proud to introduce a major technological breakthrough: a superior LAlanyl-L-Glutamine
called AminoStable. AminoStable (L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine) is produced via an entirely
new process, pioneered by Ajinomoto. The process is based upon fermentation and
natural enzymes, rather than the synthetic enzymes used by older production process.
This results in fewer impurities.
This breakthrough process also produces other benefits. Ajinomoto is able to produce
larger lots which results in less testing for the customer. In addition the process
is far more efficient than other methods of producing dipeptides. Use of L-Alanyl-LGlutamine
may now fit into your cell culture media plans when it was not possible with older
formulations. Finally, AminoStable is milled for a small, more uniform particle
size.

packaged specifically for research and development applications. Now the same amino
